We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Mago AI facilitates connections between users and experts but is not a party to the conversations or agreements between them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of expert profiles or the quality of advice provided. You acknowledge that any reliance on information from experts is at your own risk. You agree to treat experts with respect and to honor any booked commitments.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features of our services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mago AI or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our services. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through our platform, including expert profiles, search results, and communications. You may not disclose such information to third parties without appropriate authorization. This obligation survives termination of your account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGO AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mago AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under EU law.
